SOUTHERN SPRING HOME & GARDEN SHOW

Find gifts and goods for home, garden and lifestyle Feb. 26 – 28 and March 4 – 6

Charlotte, N.C.: Any project a homeowner ever undertakes begins with an idea. And those are in great supply at the Southern Spring Home & Garden Show. But to make that idea a reality takes supplies. And guests will also find those in abundance. Plants, pots, gardening tools, yard art, kitchen gadgets, wildflower wreaths, pillows and pottery, gifts and so much more are in store at the 56th annual show.

“The Southern Spring Home & Garden Show is a treasure chest of ideas,” said Mardee Woodward, the show’s manager. “Guests can leave with the inspiration, snapshots and know-how to take on a variety projects. But they can also leave with more than ideas. The show is a shopper’s paradise.”

For home gardeners, there are plants, soil, tools, equipment and more. Ikebana, the art of Japanese flower arranging, is a perennially popular part of the Green Market. So are the bonsai trees from the Bonsai Society of the Carolinas.

Even those who lack a green thumb – but want to add interest to their yard or patio – will find something to love … perhaps in the form of whimsical yard art. (No watering needed!)

And in addition to the nearly exhaustive array of home and garden items available, there’s even more – wine, gourmet foods, purses and tote bags, scarves, soap and lotions, artisan jewelry.

More than 350 exhibiting companies will be at the show with products, services and demos designed to inspire a sense of adventure in home and garden design. And of course, the latest accessories, tools and plants are all available for purchase.
