The high school football season has started. Friday, Aug. 18, will be the opening night for most teams.
Radio Free Cabarrus/485 Sports is broadcasting from three sites on the NFHS Network Here are the games and the announcers:
West Cabarrus at Northwest Cabarrus (RFC cameras and Pixellot)
James Melick and Mark Plemmons on the call
Piedmont at Concord
John Voncannon and Chris Hudson are the announcers.
Hickory Ridge at Jay M. Robinson
Perry Gabriel on the call.
